ZP1100 series Rotary Tablet Press is a new generation product. widely applicable to industries such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemicals for pressing the granular materials into rounds, irregular or double side engraved tablets.

ZP1100 series Rotary Tablet Press features compact structure. reliable performance, simple operation, clean and rapid changing of products, high capacity and consistent quality of the finished products.

The speed of the turret is high with the linear speed of rotation able to meet the requirements of the high-speed tablets press, with a large capacity to satisfy the demand for large batch production.

The secction of the upper roller is provided with a compression sensor to indicate the average working pressure of the tablet through the amplifier and display for the convenience of the operator to make a timely judgment of the quality of the tablts produced. It can also be used to adjust the deviation of the weight of the tablts. At the same time, it allows to set up the maximum working pressure. When the actual pressure is larger than the set up value, the machine will stop immediately to play the protective role.

There is provided with a device to prevent the breakage of the upper punch in case the upper punch is broken, the machine will be stopped immediately through the automatic electric control to protect the components such as the feeder frame from being damaged.

The outer shape of the tablatures is novel and beautiful with the main machine and the operation platform set up separately to realize the isolation of the man from the machine.

The tabletting compartment can be accessed from four sides, with every position being smooth for the convenience of cleaning. The four sides are enclosed with organic glass, to prevent flying of powder and cross contamination. All parts in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel or materials with the superficial treatment being corrosion resistant and non toxic.

The control part may adopt the PLC programmable controller. Color touch pad display is adopted for the control panel, convenient and straight forward. The screen can be used to display and set up all kinds of technical parameters as well as all kinds of defectives and methods to eliminate.
